We encourage our customers to avoid returning products in order to reduce unnecessary CO2 emissions caused by transportation. Each of our items is unique, handcrafted from recycled materials, making them one-of-a-kind.

We kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully before finalizing it. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. If your product is defective or damaged, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Please note, if the product is not damaged or defective, customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. By choosing to keep your product, you are helping us continue our mission to reduce waste and protect our planet.
